Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your 1is4me account and the data linked to it at any time. It takes one email, and we complete it within 30 days.

Email a deletion request

This opens your email app with the message ready. Send it from the email address you sign in with, so we can match it to your account.

No email app? Write to contact@1is4me.com with the subject "Delete my 1is4me account".

How it works

  1. Send the request

    Email contact@1is4me.com from the address you sign in with, whether you use Google or an email and password.

  2. We check it is you

    If the request comes from a different address, we may ask you to confirm before we delete anything.

  3. We delete and confirm

    Your account and data are deleted within 30 days, and we reply to let you know it is done.

What gets deleted

  • Your account: name, email address, profile photo link, and your password hash if you created one
  • Your checkup answers and business details, including every updated version
  • Your audit reports and their PDF files
  • Your income entries
  • Your call, human-audit and pro-call requests
  • Your credit balance. Unused credits cannot be restored after deletion
  • Your Android app sign-in sessions

What may be kept

  • Records of paid orders and the matching entries in the credits ledger (order, pack, amount, date and status) may be kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and only for that purpose.
  • Backups. Database backups are deleted automatically after 14 days, so copies of your data disappear from them within 14 days of deletion.
  • Server access logs are deleted after about 14 days.
  • Your deletion request email, as a record that we handled it.

From the Android app

Open the 1is4me app and go to Account → Delete my account. It opens the same email with your account email already filled in.

Before you delete

Download the audit PDFs you want to keep. After deletion we cannot restore your account, reports or credits.

Only want to fix something or get a copy of your data? You do not need to delete the account: write to us, or read our privacy policy to see what we store.
